About

Sophie

I live in the hills near Mullumbimby and enjoy spending time in nature with my sheep. I feel grateful to do work I care deeply about.

I offer a calm, thoughtful space where people can explore their thoughts, feelings, and life experiences at their own pace.

I work with adults and young people who are navigating life’s challenges, seeking understanding, or simply needing a space to talk.

I hold a Master of Counselling, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Education.

My approach is humanistic and informed by family systems and psychodynamic thinking, with a focus on understanding ourselves within the wider patterns of our lives and relationships.

My practice is neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA+ inclusive.

I believe counselling works best when it feels safe, respectful, and genuinely human.
